Brushdecor commissioned to do Geometric abstract murals at the lobby and roof of 41 Flatbush

Concept sketches and rendering for the lobby of 41 Flatbush Avenue, Avenue, also known as the Pioneer Building, in the heart of Downtown Brooklyn, New York.

An assemblage of three historic buildings that had been built in the early 1900’s. The building is being transformed into a first-class creative office building with new state-of-the-art systems, while maintaining all of the building’s original detail and character.
